Wizkid’s girlfriend Tania Omotayo, has disclosed that she almost got into a fatal car accident on the 3rd mainland bridge.
According to her, she was on top speed when the tyres of her car burst.

She is grateful to God for saving her life as they could have swerved off the bridge.

FG Takes $300m Loan To Tackle Housing Deficit

The Federal Executive Council on Wednesday approved the request of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, to obtain a $300m credit facility from the International Development Association housing projects in the country.

The council, presided over by President Goodluck Jonathan, also approved the applications of 174 foreigners who sought Nigerian citizenship.

The Minister of Information, Mr. Labaran Maku; Minister of Interior, Mr. Abba Moro; and the Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Yerima Ngama, briefed State House correspondents on the outcome of the meeting.

Ngama said the council approved that Okonjo-Iweala should execute the interest-free financing agreement that would be repaid over 40 years on behalf of the Federal Government, while the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Muhammed Adoke, would issue the legal opinion required to formalise the project.

EFCC Nabs Landlord Who Duped 100 Prospective Tenants

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, yesterday, arrested Alahaji Ishola Salawudeen, landlord who defrauded over 100 prospective tenants at 89, Oriola Street in Alapere Ketu of N37 million.

He was whisked away by the anti-graft agency immediately after court sitting at the Ebute Metta Magistrate’s Court. At the resumed hearing of the matter, yesterday, it was discovered at that Salawudeen, was also facing similar charges at Lowa Street, Ikorodu on the platform of Shotex Construction Investment, his company, though which he also fraudulently collected money from 33 tenants with pretext of giving them accommodation.
